At House of Mirrors, we believe that parenting is not just about guiding your child—it’s about healing yourself. We are honored to partner with Mina Dilip, one of India’s leading play therapists, to bring you this transformative workshop.
Mirror Parenting helps parents connect with their inner child, uncover hidden patterns, and develop the emotional attunement necessary to nurture a secure, connected relationship with their children.
This immersive experience combines Internal Family Systems (IFS), neuroscience, and attachment theory to provide practical strategies for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and mindful parenting.

About Mina Dilip
Mina Dilip is a Certified Play Therapist from Leeds Beckett University, UK, and an accredited Sand Tray Therapist from the Sand Tray Training Institute of New Mexico, USA, Mina is also a qualified supervisor, mentoring therapists in her field. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Madras University and Diplomas in Child Psychology and Advanced Counseling Skills from Stonebridge Associated Colleges, UK.
One of the few fully certified Play Therapists in India, Mina works extensively with children and adults, using non-directive play therapy to support emotional healing. She also offers parental coaching, integrating neuroscience-based co-regulation strategies to help parents foster secure connections with their children.
Mina has conducted training in Psychology, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Play Therapy at institutions like MOP Vaishnav College for Women, Montfort College, and the Spastics Society of Tamil Nadu. She also leads group counseling and stress management programs for corporate clients, including MRF, HCL, Accenture, FedEx, Wells Fargo, and Barclays Bank. Mina is a registered RPC member of the Chennai Counselors’ Foundation (CCF).
Outside of work, she writes for Parent Circle and Woman’s Era, enjoys dance and pets, and is passionate about helping people lead happier, stress-free, and fulfilling lives through play and expressive arts.
